Important Information and Fees

A. Florida State MMJ Limits: As of 8/29/2022, there are daily caps on each route and a total cap of 24,500 units per 70-day period, excluding smokeable flower. During your appointment, you will be asked about your preferred routes and the desired amounts for each route.

If you need to make any changes to your current certification after the appointment, there will be a $25 administrative fee per change request.

To avoid these extra charges in the future and minimize administrative time, please inform our doctor about “All The Routes” you desire during your appointment.

B. Emergency Rule 64ER22-8(6)(b): Effective 8/29/2022, if you have an existing certification for an approved exemption request from a previous qualified physician and a new physician accepts you as a patient, the new physician has seven (7) calendar days to close the existing certification, including the approved exemption request. After the seventh day, all certifications from the previous doctor with an approved exemption request will be automatically closed.

In rare instances, at the discretion of the doctor, it may be necessary to file a request for exemption form (RFE) with the state to increase specific route amounts above the maximum set limit, or to allow up to 4.0 oz of smokeable flower. A new RFE must be submitted at each recertification.

Filing an RFE exemption form incurs a $50 administrative fee per request. Please note that the approval of an RFE is determined by the state on a case-by-case basis, and there is no guarantee of approval. In the event of exemption denial by the state, no refunds will be provided as it is beyond our control.
